走进安县地震灾区

5月16日下午1点我由绵阳出发，前往安县罗浮山温泉酒店勘察灾情，顺便想到安县重灾区茶坪乡采访。<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>温泉酒店位于安县罗浮山风景区，离绵阳60多公里，酒店2002年建成投入使用，开业后对拉动安县旅游业，尤其温泉旅游业立下汗马功劳，成为川西北一颗耀眼的明珠，而就在5.12大地震中酒店遭到重创，被迫停业，我做为酒店的建设者之一，不亲自勘察一下灾情怎么能放心。<o:p></o:p>还没有出城，我就与该酒店值班副总经理电话联系，结果她和几个同志上午在绵阳开会，下午正准备回酒店，正好我的车可以搭她回去，就这么在城里转了一圈就1点50分了。2点18分汽车刚进入安县的界牌乡，就有幸与今天到重灾区北川视察和慰问的胡锦涛总书记的车队巧遇，为了不影响胡锦涛总书记到下一个慰问点视察，我们的汽车和许许多多到灾区慰问的汽车一道被值勤警察档在界牌乡街口，敬候胡总书记的车队。<o:p></o:p>胡锦涛总书记是今天上午10点30分由北京乘专机到达绵阳的，下飞机后与温家宝总理等国家领导人研究了指挥四川抗震救灾情况后，不顾旅途劳顿，由省、市领导陪同立即向重灾区赶去，1点05分到达北川，听说饭没有吃一口就直接到了北川中学抢救现场和县城附近的村落看望受灾群众，3点整胡总书记的车队从北川返回，等车队过后我们又向安县罗浮山温泉酒店开去。不久也就是离开绵阳30多公里的地方就发现路边的房屋出现倒塌，越往前走倒塌的越多，过了安县老城就几乎看不到好房子了。为了了解安县老县城情况，我又往安昌镇（老县城）拐了一下，老县城也有不少房屋倒塌，原来通往罗浮山的大桥在5.12大地震后也为危桥，禁止通行。我只好原路返回新路，这样折腾几个来回，耽误了原计划的行程。到了罗浮山温泉酒店已经4点多了，本来不到1个小时可以到达，结果用了3个小时，再也不能耽搁，我立马由酒店工程部经理陪同对酒店遭5.12大地震重创的部位进行了实地察看和拍照，酒店损失惨不忍睹，房屋虽然没有倒塌与倒塌也差不多，没有水、没有电、没有气，大部分员工已经放假回家，只有一些灾区员工无家可归，只有暂时留下来，勘察完灾情一看表已经5点半了，原来打算去的“救灾孤岛”茶坪乡是去不了了，我只好给酒店总经理简单交换了工作意见，就打道回府。返回途中坐在车内拍了一些救灾场景，由于汽车开得快，画面不是很清楚，但也可以看到没被列为“重灾区”的受灾程度。这一趟我来去匆匆忙，上看到的一切让人忧伤，心里沉甸甸的。改革开放后刚走上小康的农民兄弟，一转眼房倒屋塌，又回到赤贫，谁不辛酸，谁不沉痛？一路上都是倒塌的房屋，却看不到一顶救灾帐篷；一路上是丰收的庄稼，却看不到农民的笑容，当然，是我也笑不起来。令人欣慰的是，到安县、北川的一路上都是浩浩荡荡到灾区救灾和慰问的汽车，那个省份的都有，让你切切实实的感到党中央、国务院的温暖，让你亲亲切切地感受到，一方有难，八方支援。面对这一切，你能不落泪吗？<o:p> </o:p><o:p></o:p>

今天早上听说安县秀水镇领导被撤职，我很高兴。这么严重的地震灾害竟然隐瞒不报，房倒屋塌有什么可隐瞒的，耽误了抗震救灾才真正严重。
