河南冬泳联盟及联盟专区哀悼日

为表达河南冬泳人对四川汶川大地震遇难同胞的深切哀悼，河南冬泳联盟及联盟专区决定，2008年5月19日至21日为河南冬泳联盟及联盟专区哀悼日。在此期间，在河南冬泳联盟专区下半旗志哀，停止娱乐活动和娱乐帖子，联盟专区设立吊唁簿。5月19日14时28分起，联盟专区静默3分钟，届时联盟专区将模拟汽车、火车、舰船鸣笛，模拟防空警报鸣响。（全国哀悼日国务院公告<A href="http://www.gov.cn/zwgk/2008-05/18/content_981560.htm">http://www.gov.cn/zwgk/2008-05/18/content_981560.htm</A>）
