LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><BR> </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman">当然,问题也来了,就是收腿是什么时候?就在夹肘后,膝关节开始缓缓下垂,即收腿开始。要注意收腿开始时一定要缓,并逐渐加快到翻腿达到最快。顺便说一下,蹬腿也是匀加速的,只是开始发力比收腿开始时要大得多。还要注意蹬夹腿的方向是向后,而不是常见的先向侧再向内。再说说配合吧,从动作上来说,可能不大好理解,我还有一个简单的说法:划手、收手、吸气、收腿、伸臂、蹬腿、滑行。但要注意收手、吸气、收腿、伸臂这四个动作是紧密相连的,几乎是同时的,只是在练习中头脑里有这么一个顺序概念。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
