[转贴]河南18个市结对援建安县18个乡镇

<FONT size=5>本报讯&nbsp;这几天，居住在安县桑枣镇救助站的受灾群众张传喜很高兴，他被前来援建活动板房的河南六建公司吸收为工人，从事搬运工作，张传喜也将因此每天获得60元的务工收入。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;在安县，像张传喜这样的受灾群众，除了得到当地政府的妥善安置外，还被前来援建活动板房的河南援建队招收为工人而获得收入的受灾群众还有很多。“招收当地受灾群众前来务工，既可增加他们的收入，又可稳定受灾群众人心，同时还将加快施工进度。”河南六建公司负责人杨子江介绍说。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;由于地震致使农村大量房屋倒塌或者成为危房，受灾群众除了集中时间搞好农业生产外，还有大部分时间闲置在家。针对这一现实情况，河南在对安县援建活动板房中，积极从当地农村实际出发，优先吸纳当地受灾群众务工，并给出高于当地务工收入的工资报酬。走进塔水镇活动板房建设现场，受灾群众刘乾德正和前来援建活动板房的河南三门峡市援建队工人们一道，搬运水泥、砖头。“现在好了，既可照顾家人，又可就近务工，增加收入。”刘乾德欣喜之情，溢于言表。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;茶坪乡受灾群众高朝富在地震中，房屋全部倒塌，后经当地政府营救，安置在桑枣镇救助站。起初，高朝富不仅不配合救助站工作，还多次为一些小事与周围邻居发生争吵。前来援建的河南六建公司进驻桑枣后，得知这一情况，主动找到救助站，表示愿意吸纳救助站里的受灾群众前来务工。高朝富在河南六建公司员工的帮助下，不仅改变了过去的陋习，主动帮助邻居，还充分发挥了多年当泥匠的技能，与援建公司一道，共同建设活动板房。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;截至目前，河南援建安县活动板房的18个市已经全面进驻18个乡镇，援建人员达3000人，已先后吸纳当地受灾群众5000余人务工。</FONT> <BR>
