又看到陈永泉教授和戚其仑主编熟悉的面孔，因曾参与冬泳的宣传而相识，我们已是多年的好朋友。（戴眼镜的是陈教授，托腮的是戚主编）他俩是冬泳科研部的正副部长和《大连冬泳》杂志的的主要编辑。陈教授又是大连市生命科学理事会的常务理事和科研基地的带头人。陈教授的冬泳理论研究成果在国内外已很有影响，其论著不仅在国内冬泳界堪称权威，还多次代表中国和大连参加香港等地举办的亚、欧等国际冬泳组织的学术交流。付家庄的冬泳科研小组也很有名气，常年坚持科研活动，是各海域学习的榜样。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT
