<FONT color=#0909f7 size=4><STRONG>起抽筋的原因很多,常见的有三种: <BR><BR>  1 .热天运动出汗很多,体内盐分缺乏时,可引起抽筋 <BR><BR>  2 .游泳之前不做准备活动或做的不够,入水后突然受到冷刺激,或在冷水中停留时间过长 <BR><BR>  3 .疲劳时也容易抽筋。 <BR><BR>  解除抽筋的办法也很简单,一般可将痉挛的肌肉用力拉长,或进行局部按摩,就会慢慢缓解。例如,左小腿肚子抽筋,可用右手握住左脚的大拇趾,然后将左腿慢慢伸直,脚这时呈背屈,使腓肠肌受到牵拉,痉挛就可以消除。</STRONG></FONT>
