<TABLE height="1%" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=3 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR class=a3><TD vAlign=top align=left colSpan=3><TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR vAlign=top><TD style="WORD-BREAK: break-all" colSpan=2>涪江 <DIV class=text_pic style="FLOAT: right; VISIBILITY: visible"><A href="http://imgsrc.baidu.com/baike/pic/item/bd70426061376ccc8db10d97.jpg" target=_blank><IMG title="" src="http://imgsrc.baidu.com/baike/abpic/item/bd70426061376ccc8db10d97.jpg"></A></DIV><DIV id=lemmaContent><DIV class=bpctrl></DIV>　　涪江是<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/33724.htm" target=_blank>嘉陵江</A>的支流，发源于四川省<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/117661.htm" target=_blank>松潘县</A>与<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/2214.htm" target=_blank>九寨沟</A>县之间的岷山主峰雪宝顶。涪江南流经平武县、江油市西南部，绵阳市、三台县、射洪县、遂宁市等区域，在<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/2833.htm" target=_blank>重庆</A>市合川市市区汇入嘉陵江。全长700千米，流域面积3.64万平方千米，多年平均径流量572立方米／秒。 <DIV class=spctrl></DIV>　　涪江自古来就是川西北地区的一条重要河流，无论在通航或是在农业灌溉方面，它都发挥着极其重要的作用。涪江自平武至合川全年通航（部分通航），通航里程552千米。但近几十年来，由于河道淤塞严重，自<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/57348.htm" target=_blank>三台</A>以上极少通航。近几年，<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/32313.htm" target=_blank>绵阳</A>、<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/39459.htm" target=_blank>遂宁</A>等地政府已经开始着手考虑对涪江河道的改造工程，相信有一天，涪江河上又会重现白帆点点，为川西北地区的水上运输做出卓越贡献。 <DIV class=spctrl></DIV>　　由于涪江发源于雪山，水量充足，长期以来，一直为沿河流域内的工农业生产和人们生活提供了宝贵的水源。为了进一步发挥涪江的作用，扩大涪江的灌溉面积，从上个世纪开始，国家、政府投入了大量的资金、人力和物力，建设了惠泽千年的“武都引水工程”。 <DIV class=spctrl></DIV>　　武都引水工程（以下简称武引工程）是四川省以防洪灌溉为主，兼有发电、城乡供水、环保、水产养殖、旅游以及国土资源综合开发利用等多项功能的大型骨干水利工程项目，是川东北部地区工农业和城市经济发展的重要水源工程，曾被<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/1833.htm" target=_blank>邓小平</A>同志欣然誉为“第二个<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/2240.htm" target=_blank>都江堰</A>”，被<A href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/17491.htm" target=_blank>国务院</A>列为《90年代中国农业发展纲要》中重要的大型水利基础设施项目。 <DIV class=spctrl></DIV>　　武引工程按规划分二期进行，总投资100亿元。一期工程建设涪梓灌区，灌溉面积8.47万ｈｍ2，总投资18.88亿元（其中使用世行贷款6700万美元），1988年正式复工修建，2000年5月配套工程全面建成通水，并显示出显著的经济效益和社会效益。目前一期工程已经完成，已实现灌溉面积6.67万平方千米，累计工业供水150多亿立方米，农业供水20多亿立方米，在连续几年的旱灾，特别是在2000年和2001年罕见的春夏旱灾中，为灌区抗旱夺丰收作出了重大贡献。 <DIV class=spctrl></DIV>　　目前，武引工程二期工程已经开工。正在进行的是二期枢纽工程武都水库，该工程于2004年11月正式开工，预计2009年建成，预算投资55亿元。 <DIV class=spctrl></DIV>　　注：“涪”读作“fú” </DIV> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR><TR class=a3><TD vAlign=bottom></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
