分手压腕, 双锚拉纤, 高肘抱水, 翻掌起肩

梗颈出水, 蛇腰拖髋, 收垂双膝, 两足外翻

入水隐头, 拢臂藏肩, 内踝向后, 蹬夹下旋

前低后高, 滑沙伸展, 绷腿收腹, 浮升水面
