mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman"> 李队长介绍说周六和周日人员较集中，如果打算冬泳有时间就过来看一看，感受和了解一下冬泳的过程。从明年的六月份开始游，一直游到冬季。最重要的是贵在坚持不中断。</SPAN></FONT></STRONG></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><STRONG><FONT size=4><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;
