下午2点到东山浴场。海面浪头不大，没什么风，也没有冰，远处雾气蒙蒙。我下水后，走了80步，水位刚到肩膀，转过身来，抬头蛙泳40下。站起身来走了18步，来到岸上。天气暖喝了，换衣服时一点也不冷。
