昨天下午2点多来到东山浴场。海边风不太大，有点浪头。水位落潮，海水离渔人码头的水泥平台大概有16步远。下水后，我走了90步，水深及胸。转过身来，抬头蛙泳30下，站起身来，走了30步来到岸上。换衣服时没感到冻手冻脚。
