昨天下午2点多到东山浴场。风力不小，但岸边浪头不太大，远方却是万朵白色的浪花。水位平潮，海水离渔人码头的水泥平台还有10步远。下水后，我走了80步，水深过胸。转过身来，抬头蛙泳10下，埋头爬泳18下，站起身来，走了20多步来到岸上。换衣服时一点也不冷。
