下午2点来到东山浴场。海边西南风大约4级，近处有浪头，远方都是白色的浪花。水位平潮，海水离渔人码头的水泥平台有8步远。下水后，我走了几步，水深到大腿根。侧过身来，抬头蛙泳20下，转过身来，抬头蛙泳10下，站起身来走到岸上。换衣服时感到有点冻手。

泳友说：水温预报，前两天3.5度，今天1.3度。
