<A href="http://www.serpentineswimmingclub.com/News%202007.htm">The Paul Bridgeman Team Race</A><A href="http://www.serpentineswimmingclub.com/Lilford%20Hall%20swim%202007.doc">Lilford Hall Swimming Championships - ENTRY FORM</A>The Serpentine Lake is situated in London"s Hyde Park.  The club has its own changing facilities and is allowed to swim in the lake in the mornings during certain hours.  If you are interested in joining the club come down and have a chat with some of the swimmers at 8am on any Saturday.We swim all year round, and large numbers are to be found swimming in the famous <A href="http://www.serpentineswimmingclub.com/christmas_day_race.htm">"Peter Pan Christmas Day Race"</A>.  The temperature can get to a tropical 70oF in the heat of Summer and go down to freezing in Winter.  When the lake is frozen the swimmers break a hole in the ice to enable them to get their morning constitutional swim.<IMG height=185 src="http://www.serpentineswimmingclub.com/images/General%20Pictures/Before_start_of_race.jpg" width=477 border=0>这是伦敦海德公园里的湖面上冬泳人每天早晨可以在此游泳锻炼身体，但白天不可以在此游泳，到了冬季在水面上凿一个冰洞供俱乐部的冬泳人每天晨泳。愿我们不久的将来和国外冬泳友人建立互通往来关系，让互联网成为世界冬泳人的纽带和桥梁。              ——冬泳宝贝编辑     2007，6，10
