请教跳舞的秘诀

、老王退休后参加了一个交谊舞培训班，他向老师请教跳舞的秘诀。
老师说：“其实也没什么秘诀，就是挺胸、抬头、提臀，把自己想象成仙鹤、天鹅……”
老王：“就是不能把自己想象成人，是吧。”
