2012铁三比赛从镇江站开始

    今年全国共有十站铁三比赛，因为无锡站时间拖延、北京站临时取消，实际可以参加的大致为八站，咱是铁三菜鸟，受经济条件、时间等因素制约，当然不可能穷尽八站比赛，只能选择参加。先前举行的福州站和嘉峪关站比赛都放弃了，镇江站是离威海最近的一站，自然是今年铁三比赛的起点站。    6月15日晚7点多，我们一行近40人从金猴集团出发，一起同行的还有威海电视台的记者和金猴集团的工会领导。在烟台捎上了烟台的5位铁友，一路向镇江奔赴。外出参加铁三比赛就是这样：因为要照顾到大多数队员的时间，只能选择周五晚上出发，周六报到，周日比赛，周日晚上回返，因此，路途上也是非常艰辛的。晚上遇到大雾，高速路关闭，只能顺着下道艰难地行走，好在后来终于进了高速，到达镇江已经是11点了。我们在车上颠簸了15个小时终于抵达目的地。
    到达后便是紧张的报名工作，之后便是组装车辆。30多辆车组装完毕也要耗费不少时间，等安排完住宿已经是下午2点多了。找了个面馆简单吃了点，闭了一会眼，3:30前往验车现场检验车辆，合格后5:20参加赛前技术会，6:30技术会结束后又骑车去比赛场地转了转，熟悉了一下。晚上几个合适的凑在一起吃了顿晚饭，回去后准备下明天参赛的物品后睡下，睡得真香，一觉睡到天亮，醒来了后发现屋子里不少蚊子，一个个肚子吃得滚圆，硬是没把我咬醒。
    17日8点是半程比赛，10:30是全程比赛，下午3点是团体接力比赛。因为今年是第一次参赛，我选择半程，先适应一下。游泳比赛在金山湖，湖水有些混。我所在的40——49岁组共有43名参赛选手，和我们一起出发的还有20——29岁、30——39岁两个组，这样，我们共有70多名选手一起比赛。游泳途中有些挤，不时会碰上旁边的选手，怕象去年那样被蹬坏泳镜，小心地在人缝中穿行。750米游泳在平时不算很大的量，但在比赛中，大家都往前拼，还是会消耗不少体力的。原来感觉自己游泳还算个强项，近来发现在三项比赛中成了弱项，郁闷中。因为先前脚崴了，没有好得利索，所以游泳完毕后，小心地向转换区跑去。穿了锁鞋、带好头盔、带好号码牌，便开始了骑行。镇江站比赛的骑行路线是个往返路线，基本没坡，不算太费力，半程是三圈，需要经过5次180度的折返，会影响些速度。第一圈转折前数了数，前面大约26名选手，之后的情况是：被一人超过，又被两人超过，后又反超，骑行结束大约超过5名选手。
    之后的5000米跑步也没大有优势，因为先前崴脚没有刻意训练，跑下来并不轻松，但名次没大变化。咬着牙坚持到最后，看了看手表，1小时20分。比去年黄山站1小时33分还是提高了不少：两站比赛路况相差不大。但最后的名次让人有些失望：在我所在的40——49岁组中排名16，看了看其他两组的情况，这个成绩在20——29岁组中排名第二，在30——39岁组中排名第六，哎，铁三的成绩竟然是逆转的。
    比赛完感觉不错，有些运动后的兴奋。取了车子，赶回宾馆洗了个澡，退了房，又骑车回来看全程比赛。
    因为比赛，镇江部分路段实行了交通管制。在通往比赛现场的路口，原准备从旁边的人行道上绕过去，执勤的交警看到我的装备直接打开了栏杆放行，让我骑行过去，呵呵，心里臭美了好长一会。
    回来的时候全程比赛已经开始了，选择在路边观看骑行。因为镇江站骑行一圈只有6.7公里，还是往返，这样看比赛的范围就成了3公里多一点，显得观众还是很多的。镇江的观众很热情，这个给我留下了很深的印象。在跑步比赛转折点，一位美女在不住地给当地选手加油。看了我的装束，知道是威海的，便也成了忠实的威海观众，不住地为威海选手加油，作为回敬，我自然也当了一回镇江的观众。
    下午3点举行团体接力，一组4个人，其中必须要有一名女运动员，每人完成250米游泳、6.67公里自行车、1600米跑步，四个人的时间总和作为总成绩。共有19个队参赛，我们威海因为人多报了3个队，我不幸成为其中之一。尽管比赛距离仅为全程的六分之一，但因为大家都刚参加完了比赛，尤其是全程组比赛结束才一、两个小时，加上接力大家都怕拖了后腿，所以感觉体力消耗相当大，上午的半程比赛都没这么投入。
    晚上在镇江好好地吃了顿晚饭，9点开始回返，一路顺利，周一早晨7点多到达威海，把行李放在悠游之家，直接到单位上班。
    根据中铁协官方网站公布的成绩，此行威海铁人三项运动协会各项第一6个，第二3个，第三3个，第四3个，第五2个，第六4个，第七3个，第八3个。根据我的计算，我们本次团体得分应该为3186分，高出第二名大连队将近1000分，继续保持全国第一的名次。
