“老寒腿”的预防与治疗

<FONT size=4>每当天阴下雨或气候转凉时,常有许多患者膝关节疼痛加重,这些患者以中老年人为多,因此也被称为“老寒腿”。<BR><BR>  “老寒腿”是怎样形成的呢?“老寒腿”其实就是骨性关节炎。膝关节是人体最大的关节,几乎承受着全身的重量,负担重,活动大,关节软骨容易磨损、破坏。腰或下肢先天性发育缺陷(如先天性髋关节脱位)或关节受伤(如骨折、脱位)、生病(如化脓性关节炎、类风湿病)等,可使关节接触面不平滑,负重力线变化,从而使膝关节发生退变性变化而导致骨性关节炎;另外寒冷和潮湿等因素作用于机体,容易引起膝关节局部的<SPAN id=S__699_ADDIV_4 onmouseover="S__699.SHOWFLOW(神经,4,event);this.style.textDecoration=none;" style="CURSOR: pointer;
