[讨论]击打--有好处吗?

<P><FONT size=5>  <FONT color=#3d11ee>去年我参加冬泳,这一年以来,一直坚持着。在游泳以后,我发现了一个有趣的现象。一些泳友在洗澡的时候,总会双腿分开,下蹲至与肩齐宽,然后,用双手轮流击打睾丸处。霹雳啪啦的,好一阵子,刚开始,我也觉得很奇怪的,那架式挺好笑的.后来,和大家熟悉了以后,当问及为啥这样做时,他们解释说,是为了预防前列腺,还对性生活有帮助。</FONT></FONT></P><P><FONT color=#3d11ee size=5>后来,我又去了几个游泳池,也看到那里游泳的朋友也会在游完之后,来一个“打打功”。在这些练功的人中,30至50岁的人占绝大多数。</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#3d11ee size=5>这样子击打,真的有那样的功效吗?有科学依据吗?</FONT></P><P><FONT size=5></FONT>&nbsp;</P><P><FONT size=5></FONT>&nbsp;</P><br><br>[此帖子已被 雪原 在 2007-9-10 16:10:11 编辑过]

<FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 有师父配练吗?安全第一,我1998年自己修练“铁布衫”气功,感觉丹田到有气,3个月后一个清晨练功走火,醒来后躺在草地上。以后就没练。硬气功一定要有师父指导,三思而行。我的见解。</FONT>
