<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="96%" align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=content_font vAlign=top height=300>&nbsp;&nbsp;冬泳对人的健康大有裨益，但冬泳者应注意如下几方面。<BR><BR>　　空腹游泳。最忌讳的就是吃饱了游泳。人吃饱后胃消化系统运作比较缓慢，血液流动也慢，此时游泳容易造成水的压力压迫胃部，导致四肢活动不能顺畅，有沉重感，不小心会出现呼吸困难、腿部抽筋的后果。<BR><BR>　　切勿独泳。独泳有两大害处：游泳常常需要一种群体情绪的相互感染，才可能出现既高涨又和谐的最佳情绪状态，而独泳恰恰影响了这种情绪状态；另外，独泳一旦出现危险，无人帮助，不利于安全。<BR><BR>　　冬泳三大忌：酗酒、高烧和房事。人在大量喝酒或身体发烧时，需要迅速大量地散发热量，这时候跃入冷水中激，容易引起冷热相激后出现的伤风与抽筋，十分危险。而进行房事后，人的身体一般比较虚弱，在没有恢复正常体温与体力的状态下与冷水接触，会使体温与体力更加难以恢复，容易出现危险。<BR><BR>　　剧烈运动后不要立即冬泳。人在剧烈运动后，身体新陈代谢加强，热量增加，体温也随之增高。这时候，如果你没有恢复正常体温便进入冷水中，水又较凉，就会引起伤风或抽筋。另外，剧烈运动后人的肌肉收缩及反应能力减弱，这时候与冷水接触，会引起肌肉痉挛，&nbsp;&nbsp;加之体力不足，容易溺水。&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </TD></TR><TR><TD class=editor_font align=right height=25>编辑:快乐老头&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
