LETTER-SPACING: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">（一）冬泳既是一项勇敢的运动，又是一项危险的运动。冬泳的目的是健身，因此必须将人身安全放在首位。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></SPAN></P><P class=MsoBodyTextIndent style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 32.15pt"><SPAN class=tpccontent1><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; LETTER-SPACING: 0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 16.0pt"><FONT size=5>（二）每位会员都必须做到自愿冬泳，科学冬泳，量力而行。不得盲目蛮干；不得争强逞能；不得在深海、急流、风浪和大雾等存有危险隐患的情况下游泳。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></SPAN></B></SPAN></P><P class=MsoBodyTextIndent style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 32.15pt"><SPAN class=tpccontent1><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; LETTER-SPACING: 0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 16.0pt"><FONT size=5>（三）由于冬泳活动系自愿参加的锻炼项目，又加上各人的生活习惯不同，冬泳活动的时间地点比较分散，协会没有能力和条件去管理与控制个人的游泳活动，因此安全责任问题一律由个人自负，包括协会统一组织的活动在内。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></SPAN></B></SPAN></P><P class=MsoBodyTextIndent style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
