错误一:认为早晨冬泳最好。很多人喜欢早晨冬泳,以为早上空气清新,其实不然。早上的空气污染最严重。并且,早晨人的血液黏稠度高,容易形成血栓。其实,下午时心跳、血压最平稳,更适合健身。(太阳晒地面产生上升气流,沉降的污尘废气才挥发)  错误二:忽视冬泳前热身。准备活动是冬泳健身的必要步骤。冬泳前热身,可以提高身体兴奋度,减小肌肉黏滞性,增加关节的灵活性,避免运动损伤。  错误三:带病坚持冬泳。 这是最危险的。身体感到不适,应暂停冬泳,否则会加重病情,造成不可挽回的后果。特别是老人,本身免疫力就差,身体处于异常状态时,一定要停止冬泳健身活动。

错误四:空腹冬泳。很多人(特别是早上)喜欢空腹冬泳,这是非常错误的。冬泳需要能量,缺少能量会造成头晕、心跳加速、出冷汗等问题,严重的可能会发生猝死。  错误五:冬泳量越大越好、冬泳比赛。超负荷冬泳会导致大脑缺氧缺血等头痛不适,甚至引起肌腱、肌肉拉伤。正确的锻炼方法是:从小运动量开始,循序渐进,根据水温控制运动量。  错误六:盲目冬泳。冬泳既有益处也有风险。体弱者冬泳前一定要做医疗评价,选择适宜的游量。冬泳期间还要加强医务监督,以确保安全。

错误七:冬泳前后大量饮水。冬泳后觉口渴,但要避免大量饮水。正确的方法是小口缓咽,每次补水不宜太多,能缓解口渴症状就好。冬泳完1小时后,再补足身体缺失的水分。  错误八:冬泳后骤停。冬泳时,心跳加快,肌肉、毛细血管扩张,血流加速。如果突然停下来休息,肌肉收缩停止,肌肉中的血液不能顺利流回心脏,会造成血压降低、脑部暂时缺血,可能导致心慌气短、头晕眼花,甚至休克。  错误九:冬泳后不做整理。 冬泳后身体会很兴奋,若等待自然放松,速度较慢。做整理活动能帮助身体逐渐缓和压力,避免出现身体寒气内困、不散等不适。       错误十:冬泳后马上热饮食、洗热水澡。导致口腔牙根微痉挛和肌肉微痉挛及自身调节能力减弱,造成不必要的伤害。

01冬泳先冷后热,先苦后甜,可砥砺意志、陶冶性情,增强抵遇寒冷的能力,从而减少伤风感冒的发生。

02通过冬泳冷疗,改善局部和全身血管缩舒功能,血管先收缩后膨胀,促进血管微循环,反复不断的血管操,使血管更具弹性,防止血管硬化。它有效地增强心脏的搏动能力,使之有一个强而有力的心泵,并猛烈地冲刷着沉积在血管内壁上的胆固醇样斑,防止有害物质在血管积聚,有防治高血压和降血压作用,并减低了血栓形成和患冠心病机率。

03冬泳使机体免疫功能大大增强,它可以防止身体细胞再生时由于基因突变而引至的肿瘤或癌症病变。在罹患肿瘤或癌症后,由于体质的增强亦起到抑制和杀灭肿瘤和癌细胞的作用。

冬泳是有益于身心健康,有待探索研究的运动项目。冬泳与常规运动相比,体现了天人合一、回归自然的环保理念,每天冬泳结束,都可以感到一种特别的快感,这种快感是学龄少年在风和日丽、晴空万里、凉爽夏日的清晨,上学的路上才能体会的快感。成年以后几乎再没有这种快感了,但是,冬泳使这种快感又重新回来了。
  在冬泳的过程中,人体为抵御寒冷而产生的大量激素,特别是肾上腺素,会使冬泳爱好者精神振奋,身心得以放松,并能增强人们承受其它病痛的能力。 许多患有慢性病的冬泳爱好者,特别是中老年冬泳爱好者,坚持冬泳后身体状况明显好转,在体力和心理上都有很大的改善。冬泳后的人都有一种强烈的愉快感觉, 欣快的感觉,宁静的感觉,这是大脑释放的内啡肽(快乐素)在起作用。
冬泳刚下水时,冷水对皮肤的刺激,使得皮肤的毛细血管急剧收缩,随着运动的延续,身体开始发热,毛细血管开始舒张,这样血管一缩一张就能很好地 改善血管弹性,使人体能适应这种冷热交替的变化。所以,冬泳又被称为“血管体操”。冬泳结束上岸以后身体会变红,像刚从高温的桑拿房里出来一样,说明毛细 血管得到了充分的舒张。但是,与在桑拿房形成的舒张不同,冬泳是由里及外,而桑拿是由外及里。桑拿只能使身体表皮血红麻痛感,对内脏器官起的作用不大,血 液流动缓慢,胸闷呼吸有点困难。过热会产生出汗太多昏晕有危险。冬泳在剌骨的冷水里游泳,血液加速流动。补充表皮需要的热量。主要调动全身内脏器官深层血 液激素活动。对身体有益。初学冬泳血管扩张慢。人在游泳时身体处于水平状态,心脏和下肢在一个水平面上,使得血液从大静脉流回心房时不必克服重力的作用,为血液循环创造了有利的条件,有助于防止心血管疾病。
游泳还能加强人体呼吸器官和消化系统的功能。
冬泳最大的益处是可以防病治病,但是,相对比较起来,冬泳的治病功能有限,防病的作用更大。因此,从健身的角度来讲,最好是在没病的时候就参加冬泳,不要等到有病以后在冬泳。爱斯基摩人几乎没有心血管疾病,我认为寒冷的气候起了主要作用。
总之,不仅可以防病,也可以治病,例如,很多患有风湿,高血脂,轻度高血压、高血粘度的人,参加冬泳后身体恢复了健康。冬泳运动是神奇的,冬泳的奥秘亟待人们去揭示。希望喜欢冬泳的人和关心冬泳研究的人,共同探索冬泳的奥秘,为全民健身运动做出应尽的义务。
