FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">近十多年来,我所在的冬泳队中,已发生二位不同程度中风一位甚至死亡的事例,值得冬泳爱好者警惕!剖析一下这些事例,我们会发现,这些人都患有高血压,都是想在冬泳锻炼中降压,可是血压不但没降,反而升了,并出现中风症状。二位中风都是冬泳后,因为在洗澡时后脑受冷水剌激的时间过长造成的。那位死在水中的人,是一位老冬泳爱好者,因忙于生意,有一段时间没有参加锻炼了,但他执意要参加横渡富阳江活动,江水的冷剌激使他血压聚升,加速了心脑血管病发作,结束了一条宝贵的生命。按常理血管受到冷剌激,血压肯定会上升,这对于一个高血压患者来说,只会加剧病情的发作。至于有些人想通过冬泳锻炼企望不吃药就能治好高血压,那更是危险。本人参加冬泳多年,血压也有升无减。当然也不是绝对说高血压患者肯定不能参加冬泳锻炼,我的体会是不严重的高血压患者可以参加的,但锻炼前一定要服药,特别不能让后脑受冷水剌激时间太长,洗泠水澡时特别要注意。要随时检测自已的血压,严重的高血压患者绝对不能参加冬泳。从安全起见,我以为高血压患者每年不一定要全过程的参加冬泳,要在冬天最冷的时间避高峰,转入室内游泳或参加其它运动。</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: blue;
