COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">初试者对于冬泳的恐惧,主要来自于下水后浑身上下那种针刺刀割般的疼痛。这是由于此时人的皮肤还很敏感的缘故。其实,只需坚持大约一分钟左右神经便变得迟钝了,痛感随即减轻。有许多冬泳尝试者都在下水初始这令人难熬的一分钟面前功败垂成,这一分钟确实残酷,我们因此不提倡未成年人参加冬泳。皮肤的痛感减轻后,要注意适时地起池。因为身体不再会做更进一步的警示了,人冬过了头更是要丢失感觉的,也就不甚痛苦了,而这正是冬泳的最大危险之所在,所以冬泳者要特别注意运动量的适度。</SPAN></B><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">要说冬泳者不觉得冷那是假话,因为他们也是爹妈所生。对于那些刚开始练习冬泳或体形偏瘦的冬泳者来说,冷的感觉更是一言难尽。本人属于皮下脂肪偏少者,一贯较怕冷,在平时就经常比别人穿得多。所以,每当我仅穿着泳裤站在泳池边准备下水、遇到阵阵寒风袭来时,身上常起鸡皮疙瘩,心中也常有一种上刑场的感觉。但一看到正在池中畅游的七旬老翁及学龄前幼儿,想想冬泳给身心带来的种种好处。我便会抖擞精神地跨上跳台。怀着“风萧萧兮易水寒.壮士一去不返还”的悲壮豪情,做出“视死如归”的英雄豪杰状,跃入冰冷的水中。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 12pt 0cm 0pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">许多人对冬泳爱好者的行为百思不得其解,他们不明白我们怎么会爱上冬泳。对此,我想做一个不甚准确的比喻:冬泳就如同重庆人吃火锅,虽辣得你眼泪花花、鼻涕长流、口干舌燥,但你仍旧大吃特吃并会上瘾,因为你就追求这种辣得刺激、舒坦的感觉。冬泳会使你在心理上得到一番别有天地的体验:仰卧水中眼望蓝天白云之时,你会忘掉闹市的喧嚣;舒展四肢劈波斩浪之际,你会觉得时光已倒流,自己变成了生龙活虎的年轻人;体验到挑战自然、战胜自我的自豪和乐趣……<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 12pt 0cm 0pt;
