大暑至暑湿俱盛 多咸少甜吃“三薯”

大暑是一年中最热的节气,“湿热交蒸”在此时到达顶点。在我国很多地区最高气温会在35℃以上,甚至达到或超过40℃。此时,暑湿俱盛,饮食上应多咸少甜吃“三薯”。
