送衣送医送健康活动即将展开

受贾博士为贫困的藏族中小学生解决过冬棉衣的捐助活动的感染，武汉地区富有爱心的泳友也有意扶助本省的贫困地区中小学学生，为贫困的老区人民送一份温暖，献一份爱心。网友救世主所在的教会也有意奉献爱心做善事，此时又恰逢武汉冬泳协会新的领导班子成立，大家一拍即合，决定组织一次有意义的活动。2007年11月18日上午九点，在热心网友救世主的精心组织下，武汉基督教会荣光堂、武汉冬泳协会、武汉悠泳部分人员聚集在黄石路武汉市基督教荣光堂。在教会宽敞的会议室里，大家就如何救助贫困地区中小学学生进行了探讨。最后达成一致意见，此次活动的主题为“送衣送医送健康”。由教会送出30多包衣物并选派医务工作者及医疗救护车，冬泳协会及悠泳网负责选派活动人员及宣传工作。在救世主的联系下，红安县委已经答应派人协助此次活动。我们将于下星期二派出记者采访团，亲赴革命老区红安县贫困地区走访，了解当地的实际情况向大家报告，然后根据实际情况组织大家献爱心、送温暖。到十二月初，就组织人员到实地开展活动。你也许每年都在为怎么处理旧衣服和过时的书刊而烦恼，留着占地方，扔了又可惜，送亲戚朋友送不出手。贫困地区的他们，每年都在为生计而烦恼，年均收入不过千，孩子上不起学，老人看不起病，衣服残旧不堪。我们也许没有很高的收入，我们也许没有多余的存款，但我们可以把我们不需要的旧物和书刊转给那些需要它们的人，尽我们的绵薄之力，帮到一些我们能帮到的人！我们可能只是少吃一次酒宴，少一次FB，贫困地区的同胞却能过上一个暖冬！让我们共同行动起来，为老区的小朋友们送去一份温暖，送去同一个太阳下的一片关心！
