mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt">“一汽——大众杯”冬泳邀请赛期间，我有幸结识了中国冬泳网首席顾问白冰老师，在他的努力和帮助下，我们在中国冬泳网上建立了内蒙古扎兰屯市冬泳协会专区。专区成立以来，得到了全国其他冬泳协会专区的大力支持。同时我们也积极响应中国冬泳网的号召，积极参加中国冬泳网组织的各项活动。<SPAN lang=EN-US>2007</SPAN>年<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>月我们响应冬泳网的号召，克服各种困难，在最短的时间里设计并制作了中国冬泳网内蒙古扎兰屯市冬泳协会会旗，并派人（北纬<SPAN lang=EN-US>48</SPAN>度）参加了<SPAN lang=EN-US>2007</SPAN>年<SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN>月初在山东省烟台市举行的中国冬泳网首届版主会，为中国冬泳网的建设和发展做了我们应有的贡献。</SPAN></FONT></FONT></FONT></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">扎兰屯市的群众冬泳运动已经走过了十个年头。近两年来参加冬泳的人数不断增加，由于地理位置的关系，使冬泳分成了几个不同的地点，冬泳人员呈分散状况。为了更好的把冬泳的人员组织起来，我们通过协商的办法，在冬泳协会的领导下，成立了冬泳分会或冬泳队。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-fareast-font-family: 新宋体">2007</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 新宋体;
