2017.7.28.下午，乐山嘉州冬泳协会水上救护安全月活动在肖公嘴拉开帷幕。嘉州冬泳协会刘庆绒会长，常务副会长雷方，水上救护队队长何平和协会全体理事会员与会。会场上悬挂着嘉州冬泳恩博士啤酒美国蓝带水上义务救护队宣传点!“珍爱生命，预防溺水，科学游泳，强身健体”标语。晚饭后的肖公嘴戏水者众，救护队的队员们发资料上千份，现场表演溺水救护，讲解珍爱生命，预防溺水，科学游泳，强身健体相关知识，收到很好效果。河边一游泳的人说，这样的活动太好了。救人一命胜造七级浮屠。参与嘉州冬泳协会水上安全月活动的还有乐山市中区泊水街和校场坝社区。

每年的七月，嘉州冬泳协会都将走向社会，珍爱生命，预防溺水，科学游泳，强身健体，开展水上救护宣传月活动。

感谢嘉州冬协水上救护队举办的水上安全月宣传活动！
嘉州冬泳队有一个显著的特点，无论是本地或外地人，如果要在大佛对面的冬泳基地游泳，冬泳广场就有很明显的提示，要求必须穿戴飘带，否则不能下水，因为这个地方的水环境比较复杂，稍微向下，水流比较湍急，容易冲下去，下面是三江汇合，比较危急。这个规定恐怕只有嘉州才有，可见嘉州冬泳人对安全特别强调，因此我们看到的嘉州冬泳人无论在本地或者外出游泳，腰上都围着一个飘带（一种用红布或红绸缝制的救生器材，里面填充的是泡沫塑料，有若干块，有一定浮力）前几年到乐山去玩，本想下水游一下，因为无漂带，只好作罢。在这里顺便强调一下，现在国内好多地方的时兴的救生器材叫做，＂跟屁虫＂也叫＂漂包＂塑料制品，充气，或者填充一些衣物，一般是橘红色，很显眼，游泳时系在背上，浮在水面上。这种漂包有一定缺陷，易扎破，突然出事，不易抱着，去年有一人，被大水吞没，人已沉在水中，还好漂泡浮在水面，最后被人救起。漂带则不同，它一直系在腰部，不易分离，比较安全。我看嘉州冬泳人不赶时髦，一直都用漂带，我想一定有它的道理。不管是使用漂带，还是跟屁虫，总之总比徒手游泳好。
