游泳中出现头痛现象,多是由慢性鼻炎、呛水或机体寒冷、暂时性脑血管痉挛供血不足等原因造成的。这时应迅速上岸,用大拇指对准太阳、百会穴进行旋转按摩,并用毛巾做头部保温和喝杯热茶水即可止痛。</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘">机体能量消耗过大,乳酸产生较多,导致血糖降低,身体疲劳,且血液聚集于下肢不能及时回流输送于脑,便会造成头晕脑胀,甚至眼冒金花。</SPAN><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘">这时要立即上岸休息,擦干身体进行全身保温,</SPAN><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘"><FONT size=3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 无论是江河湖海或是人工游泳池,水里多少都会带有一些细菌或病毒,在游泳时会慢慢侵入人的眼内造成感染引起不适。有的人在大海游泳时,眼睛承受不了威海水的刺激,也会造成眼睛发涩或红肿痛痒。上岸后应马上用清洁的淡水冲洗眼睛,然后用毛巾擦干,点上氯霉素眼药水或滴入红霉素溶液,并做做热敷,不适就会消失。</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘"><FONT size=3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.腹内痛胀</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘"><FONT size=3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 游泳时发生腹内痛胀,是由于刚吃饱饭或空腹游泳,以及突然受冷水刺激引起胃部不适或肠痉挛,使胃肠蠕动加快产生一些气体排不出来,便会出现腹部痛胀的现象。这时应立即上岸,仰卧在地,用拇指尖点压中脘、上脘和足三里穴,如在江河湖海游泳,可用沙子将腹部埋起来进行保温,也能使腹部痛胀很快消失。</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘"><FONT size=3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.手、脚、腿抽筋</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><BR></SPAN><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: ‘Times New Roman‘">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 游泳时间长了常会发生手指、脚趾和大小腿抽筋。这时要保持镇静,切莫惊慌,一边呼救一边自解。在没人救援之前,自己应采取以下自解措施:</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;
