启动仪式在东兴市举行
2018年4月18日上午10时，在东兴市体育场举行第二届下龙湾中越友好游泳活动简朴而又热烈的启动仪式。
启动仪式由东兴市文体广新局潘副局长主持；广东广州东山冬泳协会黄树楷会长代表各地泳友致辞并向广西游泳协会赠送锦旗；广西游泳协会林义坤发表讲话；东兴市市委常委、市委宣传部部长、市人民政府副市长李文超做了热情洋溢的讲话发宣布第二届下龙湾中越友好游泳活动正式启动！李副市长一声令下，即时，启动仪式会场上响起热烈的掌声和欢呼声。参加启动仪式的四百多名泳友代表欢呼雀跃，脸上露出了无比兴奋的表情，展现出对即将跨出国门游到越南，走向世界的激动而又喜悦的心情。
参加启动仪式的有东兴市委市政府、东兴市文体广新局、东兴市旅游局、东兴口岸、广西游泳协会、东兴市游泳协会等领导，还有全国各地泳会的泳友代表共四百多人。
