      <br><TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="97%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD id=content_0 style="PADDING-LEFT: 5px; FONT: 14px normal 宋体; WIDTH: 600px; PADDING-TOP: 5px; WORD-WRAP: break-word" vAlign=top align=left colSpan=2 height=185><P><FONT color=#2b2bd5 size=6>国际足联（FIFA）是由法国、比利时、丹麦、荷兰、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士等国家的足球组织代表在1904年5月21日正式签订条约成立。<BR>　　第一场正式的国际比赛是1904年5月1日，参赛的双方是比利时队和法国队。组织这场比赛的目的就是要建立一个大型的、国际性的足球联盟。<BR>　　国际足联制定了它的第一个条例，重要条款有：参加国际联合会的各成员国相互承认；俱乐部和球员禁止同时代表不同的国家参赛；每个成员国每年必须支付50法郎的费用等。1904年5月23日，法国人Robert Gu閞in 当选为国际足联第一任主席。Victor E. Schneider（瑞士）和     Carl Anton Wilhelm Hirschmann (荷兰) 当选为副主席，Louis Muhlinghaus （比利时）当选为秘书长。1905年4月14日，由于Edouard de laveleye男爵的努力，消除了担忧和顾虑的英国加入了国际足联，男爵也成为FIFA的第一位荣誉会员。<BR>　　第一次FIFA世界杯比赛是1930年7月18日，在乌拉圭的蒙特维多百年体育场举行的，它开创了世界足球历史的新纪元。　<BR>　　足球运动目前已成为覆盖世界各个角落，影响到几乎所有国家和人口的最大的单项体育运动。国际足球联合会也因其拥有203个成员国，而成为最大的单项体育组织之一。<BR>　　国际足球联合会现任主席是布拉特（JOSEPH S.
