this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=Click here to open new window\\\\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out;}" border=0> 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　<B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue> </FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>海地人民对付饥饿传统疗法---吃泥土饼　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>据美联社30日报道，海地物价飙涨，幅度之大已经远非普通老百姓可以承受。由于食品价格疯涨，海地最贫苦的穷人一天甚至吃不上一顿像样的米饭。为了填饱肚子，部分穷人只好不顾一切地诉诸极端手段，取泥土做饼充饥。　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>午餐时间又到了，在海地一个条件最恶劣的贫民窟，沙琳-仲马开始用餐。但是她午餐所吃的是泥土做的饼!沙琳今年只有16岁，还带着一个一个月大的儿子。由于无以果腹，沙琳常常被饿得胃部一阵阵剧痛，最后她只好求助于海地人民对付饥饿的"传统疗法"--吃泥土饼充饥。据悉，做饼用的干黄土取自海地中部高原地区。　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>海地怀有身孕的妇女和儿童一直视这些黄土为"宝贝"，因为它既可以作为抗酸剂，又可以补充人体所需的钙元素。但是在诸如海地首都太子港的"太阳城"贫民窟等地，黄土、食盐和起酥油(植物油所制)调和在一起做的饼则是当地穷人一日三餐的主食。沙琳就与她刚刚出生的儿子、五个兄弟姐妹以及失业的双亲一起挤在"太阳城"贫民窟的两间破屋里。她向记者表示："当我母亲找不到任何东西做饭时，我就不得不一日三餐吃黄土饼充饥。" 　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>沙琳介绍说，她的儿子伍德森出生时重量只有6磅多一些，但是现在甚至出生时更瘦小了。沙琳表示，尽管她喜欢黄土饼的奶油味和咸味，但是吃过之后总是会引起胃部疼痛。她说："当我给伍德森哺乳时，小家伙有时也很痛苦，看上去就像害了疝气痛病一样。" 　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>由于油价飙升，带动了化肥、水利灌溉及运输成本高涨，全球食品价格随之大幅攀升。而全球对生物燃料的需求越来越大，也进一步"火上浇油"，给食品市场带来了前所未有的沉重压力。这一问题在加勒比海地区尤其突出。由于该地区岛国大都依靠进口，部分国家的食品涨价幅度已经达到了40%。</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>鉴于全球物价飞涨，加之2007年海地洪灾频发，飓风季节也给海地全国庄稼收成造成毁灭性打击，联合国粮农组织已经宣布海地以及其它几个加勒比海国家进入紧急状态。加勒比海地区领袖去年12月也召开紧急峰会，商讨削减食品税，以及建设大型区域性农场，以减少对进口的依赖。　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>在海地盐湖贫民窟的市场上，两杯大米的价格已经由去年12月的50美分涨到了60美分，而与一年前相比，涨幅则达到了50%。豆类、炼乳和水果的价格涨幅也与大米相当，甚至连一份可食用粘土的价格在过去一年之中也暴涨了1.5美元。当地穷人表示，现在制作100个饼所需的一份黄土已经涨到了5美元。他们指出，尽管黄土饼也要5美分一个，但是与其它食品相比，相对还是很便宜。美联社记者看到有人在市场上兜售黄土饼，就尝了一块。记者发现，饼一接触到舌头，就立刻吸光了嘴里的潮气，而此后数个小时，一股泥土的怪味一直留在嘴里无法消失。　　</FONT></FONT></B></DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue></FONT></FONT></B> </DIV><DIV class=t_msgfont><B><FONT size=4><FONT color=blue>而这种黄土对人体健康的影响则有利有弊，美国科罗拉多州立大学的免疫学教授杰拉德-卡勒汗深入研究"食土"现象之后表示，一方面，黄土内含有致命的寄生虫或毒素，而另一方面，黄土又可以增强孕妇子宫内胎儿的免疫性。海地当地医生也表示，以黄土饼为主食会造成营养不良。40岁的玛丽-诺埃尔在一个市场上靠卖黄土饼为生，以抚养七个子女。玛丽-诺埃尔表示，她全家人也吃这种饼。她说："我知道它对我的身体有害。我希望有一天我会拥有充足的食物，到时我就可以不用再吃这些饼了。" </FONT></FONT></B></DIV><BR><FONT style="FONT: 14px Tahoma, Verdana;
