TEXT-INDENT: 30.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 15pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">冬泳必须是有组织的集体活动,具有良好的身体与心里素质,且有一定的游泳技能。冬泳者还须要从夏季或秋季不间断游泳,才能参冬泳。冬泳前必须带好相应安全设备,结伴冬泳不少于三人。对临场水域不熟悉,身体状况不良,睡眠不足,带病带伤,饮酒过量,天气打雷、下暴雨、刮大风,等情况都不宜冬泳。千万不能贸然盲目下水。有一些游泳爱好者,无论在什么地方只要看到一汪好水,那种来自内心的冲动无法,非要下去畅游一番。水域环境不了解,最好不要下水,以免发生意外。</SPAN></B><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 15pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
