昨天早晨跑了7圈，用时15分多。
下午2点多来到东山浴场。泳友们都已回家。老郑泳友怕我一个人游出事。从半路上返回来陪我。昨天风大浪大，水位涨潮，水离渔人码头饭店只有四步远。我下水后走了几步水深过腰，我趴下身子，抬头蛙泳50下，转身埋头爬泳返回。水中有往西的溜，偏离了下水地点有10多米，往回游的时候费劲。
今早跑了8圈，头一圈2分13秒，后面几圈都在2分20秒多，总共用了19分6秒。 :handshake:handshake
