晨练疲劳为何不能补觉?

<STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff size=7>&nbsp;&nbsp; 晨练产生疲劳本人深有体会,冬泳不会有疲劳感,大家都知道,游的时间短,随着温度的上升,游的时间增加,体力消耗的多,回家吃完饭,收拾完毕打开电视,看一会眼睛就睁不开了,索性就谁它十分或半小时,看来这是不对的,感谢沙鸥朋友的提示!</FONT></STRONG>

呵呵,怪不不得隔壁的小孩游完泳以后反倒觉更多了.每天几乎睡眠时间都15小时左右.哈哈,吓得他妈妈都不敢让他游了.
