在德国富尔达大学从事健康科学研究的彼得·阿克斯特博士和他的女儿——全科医师米夏埃拉·阿克斯特博士告诉人们，如何放慢生活节奏，从而延长寿命。</FONT></P><P><STRONG><FONT color=#ee113d size=4> “懒惰”有益</FONT></STRONG></P><P><FONT color=#3c3cc4 size=4> 阿克斯特父女经过潜心研究，提出了一种“生命能量”的说法，认为每个人的生命能量都是有限的，而消耗它的快慢就决定了人寿命的长短。高能量消耗的运动，比如在健身房的跑步机上跑步，会加速衰老，并使人因缺乏免疫力而容易得病。</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#3c3cc4 size=4> 米夏埃拉说：“在放松和休息的时候，新陈代谢相对较慢，这就意味着身体生成的自由基也较少，而这种不稳定的氧分子正是加速人机体衰老的罪魁祸首。”</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#3c3cc4 size=4>
