<P><FONT color=#0000ff size=5><STRONG>我另外一个求教冬泳网首席法律顾问初学平先生的问题是：</STRONG></FONT></P><P><STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff><FONT size=5>在您的说明文章的第一段有这样的表述：“<FONT face=宋体>大陆与香港政府互相承认对方合法注册的公司法人”，然后，很巧妙地在第二段说：“中国张裕（集团）卡斯特酒庄有限公司是在香港注册的公司”。把这两段联起来理解就是，不管什么样的公司只要在香港注册了，大陆政府就会承认；在大陆注册了，香港政府也会承认。对不对？</FONT></FONT></FONT></STRONG></P><P><FONT face=宋体 color=#0000ff><FONT size=5><STRONG>按照这个解释，香港人完全可以把【茅台】.【五粮液】.【古井贡】.【剑南春】等拿过去注册，甚至于【全聚德】.【同仁堂】都不可能幸免。同样，大陆人也可以把香港的著名商标【</STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff>TOUGH】.【</FONT><FONT color=#0000ff>TantPourElle】.【</FONT><STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff>卡洛卡】.【开嘻哈】拿来注册，双方政府都不得不承认。是这个道理吗？</FONT></STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
