[原创]我的游泳日记

拂晓，我迎着晨风来到江边，稍微做一下岸上运动就下水了，春天的水流较缓，水温也逐日上升，所以我的运动量也随着水温的升高而加长游距。几十年的游泳生涯，我养成了逆水上行的习惯，先上行横渡，而后顺水而下，这叫先难后易，返回时如果感觉累了，还可以躺在水面舒舒服服的往下漂。春天晨泳的感觉那叫一个爽，既没有冬泳浑身的刺痛感，又没有炎热夏季的遄急流水，真是乐哉！美哉！<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>每当晨泳过后，鸟瞰冉冉升起的红日，心旷神怡自不必说，还是春天美呀！<o:p></o:p> ［此帖子已被翻江鼠在 2008-6-9 9:16:41 编辑过］

今晨多云天气，气温略降，水位比昨天低了一些,水流比昨天急，水面漂浮物增加,水温16度，6点50分下水,蛙泳.逆水上行划水410下,回头顺水115下,大约1000米.水中未感觉冷，上岸后未感觉冷，回家冲了热水澡，一个字，爽。

天气预报今日降温,下楼后发现气温与昨日无甚区别,清晨江边风平浪静，水温16度，水面漂浮物(青苔)比昨日明显减少,今日6点40分下水,蛙泳.逆水上行划水510下,回头顺水190下,打破今年春天的最高记录,大约游了1100米----1200米.快靠岸时，感觉身体发冷，但因无风,上岸未发抖，回家后喝了一杯热水,冲了热水澡,很爽.
