<P><STRONG><FONT color=#0938f7 size=5>中医冬季进补先调理脾胃</FONT></STRONG></P><P><FONT color=#0938f7>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </FONT><FONT color=#0938f7 size=3>俗话说,冬天进补,春天打虎,这就是说,因为冬天脾胃消化能力相对较强,吸收较好。所以,身体较虚弱的人冬天应加紧进补,做好来年的营养储备,来年才会精力好、力气壮,而且不会生病。但很多人、尤其是身体虚弱的人会问:我平时很注意饮食保养,冬天吃了不少补品,但流感、支气管炎等老毛病还是赶着趟地来!原来,这种情况在中医看来,就是不受补的表现。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 受补还是不受补,关键在脾胃。脾为后天之本,只有脾胃功能正常,消化吸收能力才好,进补才能有效。而素来脾胃不好、脾虚消化不良的人,进补后承受不了,就会发生腹胀、不能消化甚至拉肚子等现象。胃寒的人也不能补,进补后消化不了,会发生腹痛。此外,肝郁、心情不好的人也不受补,进补后会腹胀。还有,胃中有火的人,进补后会感觉胃中吞酸嘈杂,恶心欲呕。上述这四种情况是冬不受补的最常见情况。对冬不受补的人,应在进补前先调理脾胃。一般来说,脾气虚的情况最多见。素体脾虚的人经常食少腹胀、少气懒言、大便稀溏、肢体倦怠、面色萎黄、舌淡苔白,脉缓弱。这样的人应在进补前先吃一些健脾的药,比如参苓白术散,人参健脾丸之类,也可多用山药、扁豆、薏苡仁、白术等炖肉吃。等脾功能有所恢复、脾不虚时再进补,才能正常消化吸收。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 还有一些人,平素好食辛辣肥甘,日久化热生火,积热于肠胃,表现为胃部灼热、嘈杂、喜呃善饥,进补后,呃逆腹胀,不能消化,这属于脾胃有火的表现,进补前就应先清火,可用竹叶、麦冬泡水喝,或喝苦丁茶,或吃一点黄连片,或吃菜时多吃苦瓜、黄瓜、青菜,待胃火退后再进补。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 老年人及儿童消化力比较弱,胃常有积滞宿食,而出现不思食或厌食,进食后胃部饱胀,口臭便臭,苔腻脉滑实。就应先消食和胃后再进补。方法是饭前先服陈皮、山楂、神曲等开胃药,饭后可服香砂养胃丸,身体较好的可适当服用平胃散或保和丸。平常可用炒谷、麦芽泡水喝。  <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 特别需要提醒的是,有感冒人要先治感冒。冬天感冒的人很多,而且常常犯胃。外邪犯胃多表现为发热怕冷、恶心欲吐、不思食,可吃一点霍香正气散或生姜汤之类,待感冒好后,再吃神曲、陈皮、鸡内金之类的药物开胃和胃,等胃功能恢复后再进补。<BR></FONT></P>
