成都—雅安
早晨5点起床，5:30出发。选择早点出发一是可以避开交通高峰，二是骑行两、三个小时后再吃饭可以顺便休息一下。同行中有一个来自哈尔滨的研究生，前些天在网上认识的，感觉比较投缘，加入到我们的团队中。今天天气炎热，气温3度以上，骑行距离比较遥远，对我们是不小的挑战。好在路况不错，比较平坦，除了后半程有几个不大的坡外，基本都是平路。中午在卧龙镇东侧不远的318骑行部落用餐，吃了条鱼，算是对大热天骑行的一点补偿。晚上7点到达雅安。

晚上7点左右，终于赶到雅安。先前到达的骑友替我们订了房间，桃源山庄，都是骑友集中 的地方，每人35元，含一晚住宿加上晚餐、早餐。这个时候有个能躺着休息的地方就行了，别的顾不了那么多了。今天最大的挑战是高温，喝了N多的水，出了N多的汗。

7月7日
今天从雅安骑行到新沟，大约90公里行程。
因为早饭耽误了些时间，所以出发的时间晚了点，大约6:50走了出来，开始今天的骑行。
今天一天都沿着青衣江逆流而上。
感觉青衣江并不很美，河水浑浊，混得甚至发黑。
今天路线的最大特点是一会上坡一会下坡，感觉就像折腾人。

7月8人，从新沟到泸定，全程57公里。
一出新沟，便开始爬坡。今天的坡不同于昨天，昨天一会上坡一会下坡，多少还能有些休息的时间，今天则是一路爬坡，大约20公里到达二郎山隧道。昨晚开始下雨了，早晨起来还在下，便穿着雨衣出发。青山绿水儿今天遭遇水土不服，上吐下泻，仍在艰难地坚持。20公里的上坡爬了一上午，这是第一次这样连续的爬坡，每个人都体力透支。过了二郎山隧道便是一路下坡，很爽，下午2点抵达泸定。早晨新沟的海拔1300米左右，辛辛苦苦爬了一天二郎山，又回到了1300米的海拔，这不是穷折腾吗？幸福就是折腾？那我们这20多天都在折腾了。
