下山的9公里路有2公里在修，修好的路面不太平整，住宿时听说有两位骑友摔伤。今天网速还不错，先传这些吧，睡觉了

芒康——登巴：
出芒康，便是12公里的爬坡，坡度很陡，好在路程不长， 不久便到了拉乌山顶，之后是35公里的下坡，很爽。今天天气较热，是这几天高山骑行中最热的一天。下坡后抵达澜沧江大桥：
