晚饭在一家山东饺子馆，这家的老板来自青岛莱西，已经在这里23年了，孩子还在老家上学。见老乡来了，格外亲切。在这个地界，老乡的范畴已经扩展到整个山东了。好长时间没吃饺子了，痛痛快快地吃了一顿。饺子只有三种馅：白菜肉、韭菜肉、韭菜鸡蛋，都是22元一斤，我们要了两斤半，吃得饱饱的。这里的饺子馆不多，老乡的生意不错。

22日从波密到通麦，约90公里行程。这一段行程继续沿帕隆藏布江顺流而下，总体以下坡为主，但个别路段还是有不小的上坡。今天天气晴朗，对我们经过102塌方区比较有利。
早晨8:30从波密出发，出发前从大青蛙那里得到消息，昨天塌方的路段已经抢修完毕，这就意味着昨天在通麦滞留的骑友们都能正常出发，那我们到达那里也就不存在吃住的难题了。
今天看到的帕隆藏布江比昨天的水量明显增多，它也在逐步由一条小河发育成大河。河两边是高耸的山脉，这就形成了一条巨大的峡谷。因为帕隆藏布江最终要汇入雅鲁藏布江，从雅鲁藏布江谷地过来的湿润气流得以到达这里，所以河流两岸全是茂密的森林，我们一天也基本在森林中穿越。
我们沿着帕隆藏布江右侧一路向下，这一段的帕隆藏布江河面比较宽阔：

明天我们将继续沿帕隆藏布江下行，穿越通麦下方的塌方区。昨天北京的骑友就在那里不幸遇难，经过那里，我们该向他祭奠一下，愿他在通往天堂的骑行路上，一路走好~~
7月23日，通麦——东久
今天要穿越川藏线上最险要的塌方区。早晨7点起床，零星地下了点小雨，不过看样子不会下大了，感觉今天通过塌方区应该没问题。通麦的饭店早饭都没有稀饭，只有面条。面条都是下的挂面，加鸡蛋或肉丝，15元一碗，不很好吃。不过没有别的选择，也只好将就着填饱肚子了。
8：30出发，出发后1公里就开始遇到烂路。这里存在烂路的主要原因是帕隆藏布江流到这里，两侧谷底狭窄，悬崖峭壁导致地质灾害很多，加上这一段正在准备彻底整修，重施工轻养护造成的。
刚出通麦，经过西藏易贡国家地质公园。说是地质公园，其实也就一纪念碑，周围都被四川路桥临时作为工程指挥处了：
