7月30日，墨竹工卡——拉萨
今天只有不到70公里的平路，略微下坡，因此行程不是很紧，起床稍微晚了点，吃完饭后8点出发。因为今天就要到拉萨了，心情有些激动，速度也比以往明显加快，平均速度超过了20公里。拉萨河在我们右边一路陪伴着我们，因为这里要修建拉萨——林芝的一级公路，许多施工单位在施工，所以河水有些浑浊。从米拉山口到这里，我们不过骑行了几十公里，但河流明显发生了变化，这里的拉萨河河面已经非常宽阔了，一派大河的风范。

7.31 集体去尼泊尔领事馆办理签证。办理签证的人很多，拍了很长的队，需要自己填写个表格，都是英文的。原本想找人帮助填写，每人20元钱，但看看表格不是太难，便自己凭着蹩脚的英语一个个填了上去，又把他们7人的表格依次填好，等填完的时候也轮到我们了。尼泊尔外交官只是简单看了看，确认了人员，每人缴费175元，等明天下午4点后去领取签证。办完签证又去了一趟布达拉宫广场：
