7月14日，今天主要沿着无量河右岸前行，因为有劫匪传闻，所以好多骑友结队出发，但因为各人的速度不同，到后来还是逐渐分离。今天前半程是近90公里的上坡，下半程是80多公里的下坡，可谓“冰火两重天”。好在上坡不是很陡，80多公里上升600多米。
我们今天前半程就是沿着这条河流一路向上，等到到了河流的源头就算完成了今天的爬坡任务：

下坡顺着一条很美的小河一路下来，只是因为有6个隧道都没安装灯，又有传闻说劫匪喜欢躲在隧道里抢劫，又是忧心忡忡的，在隧道口许多骑友都在等，等凑到20左右人一起过隧道，所以美好的风景没来得及拍摄，有些遗憾：

晚上7点多才到达巴塘，入住胖姐休闲庄酒店，一天骑行13个小时，行程约170公里，创下我们此行一天行程最多的记录。
7月15日，巴塘到芒康。我们继续沿着昨天那条小河下行，途中遇到了金沙江，金沙江是长江的上游，流到云南后拐了个弯又返了回来，要不中国的第一大河长江该不是现在的样子了。金沙江是四川和西藏两省区的界河，也就是说今天我们就将踏入西藏境内：
