今天里程大约100公里，需要提升1000米的海拔，难度还是不小的。感觉从八一镇出发那天开始，我们就一直为抵达拉萨挣钱，这钱挣的很辛苦。我们会在米拉山口到拉萨途中把这几天辛辛苦苦挣来的钱全部花掉。一直沿着尼洋河逆流而上，出发20多公里遇到了中流砥柱：

7.29松多-墨竹工卡
早晨8点从松多出发，穿了秋衣秋裤加上单层骑行服，上身又套上了抓绒衣，感觉还是有点冷。今天要翻越海拔5013米的米拉山口，米拉山口的前半部分大约27公里是今天最困难的一段。一开始坡路还算平缓，12公里左右的时速，剩下最后不到10公里的时候感觉非常困难：一是坡度陡了，二是海拔高缺氧，活动困难。27公里的路我们硬是用了四个多小时走完。
米拉山口是我们此行爬过的最高海拔，到了山顶异常兴奋。
尼洋河昨天还是那么汹涌奔腾，现在则是潺潺的小溪：
