左贡到邦达共103公里路程，海拔提升约250米，以缓坡为主。
今天主要沿着玉曲河一路而上。这几天基本已经形成了定式：上坡一半沿着一条河流逆流而上，等到了山顶的垭口，下坡再沿着另一条河顺流而下。

尽管只有103公里的路程，但因为基本都在海拔4000米左右，有点逆风，骑行起来还是相当艰难的，下午6点左右抵达邦达。这是个呈三角形的小镇，三角形的中央就是邦达广场。这里很冷，加了件衣服还感觉有些寒气。沿着沿着我们来的那条河流继续前行，就是昌都地区的首府昌都的所在地，那里位于川藏北线，因此邦达实际上是联系川藏北线和南线的重要枢纽：

遇到了一队摩托车，也在邦达住宿。第二天早晨吃饭时还遇到一个轮滑的青年，他的轮滑可以充电，每次充满电可行驶约80公里，途中还可以下坡充电上坡用，他要轮滑到拉萨，呵呵，到拉萨的方式很多，看你怎么选择了：

7.19 邦达——八宿
早晨下了点雨，我们没有冒雨出发，而是想看看能不能停雨再走。大约9：30雨停了，我们便开始今天的行程。
从邦达出来首先要爬14公里的上坡。这14公里海拔提升五百多米，达到4658米，难度是可想而知的。每每在山顶爬陡坡，都是最艰难的。因为在高海拔的地方轻微的活动都会导致缺氧，更何况是艰难的爬坡了。
出邦达后不久，遇到了这块路牌石，很喜欢这个数字：
