晚上宿在波密。收到前方大青蛙发来的短信：因为这几天下雨，通麦那边堵车，有落石把一个车友砸死了。此消息未得到证实，只是心里有点担忧，我们明天前往通麦能否顺顺利利~~愿老天保佑~~

“爬了37公里的上坡，晚上8点抵达八宿，浑身都淋透了，赶快找宾馆住下。从早晨9:30出发，今天又是十个多小时的骑行。晚上雨下得更大，没出去吃饭，只在宾馆买了大碗面泡了吃。”
风景确实美极了！真的无限风光在险峰！环绕高山的云，激流在险峰狭缝的水，铺满礁石的河，那山猴口吐黄坡.......特别猛士和美女，让人又是羡慕称赞，又是担惊受怕，一定要更健康的回来才是真！祈祷你们平安骑行。
